The first-class traditional residence is Shahsouran Mansion, a Qajar mansion with an age of about 150 years, whose original owner was Mr. Mohammad Hossein Kazroni, one of the famous owners and merchants of that time. Apart from their fame in Iran, they also had business in France and were well known.

This mansion was renovated in March 2018 by Mr. Mehdi Shahsavarian who bought it and used it as a traditional residence. The restoration of this magnificent building lasted for two years, and now a residence complex with 11 VIP rooms with a capacity of 33 people for resident guests and 110 people for non-resident guests in the cafe and restaurant section is ready for reception.
