If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before arrival, the penalty is equal to 10% of the first night's stay. Cancellation rules and fines of El Yordi Kalibar Hotel during busy times: If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before arrival, the penalty is equal to the cost of 100% of the first night's stay. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before arrival, the penalty is equal to the cost of 70% of the first night's stay. If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before arrival, the penalty is equal to 50% of the first night's stay.
