  The room delivery time is 15:00 and the room check-out time is 12:00.

• Hotel rules

  French and Iranian toilets are available in the hotel lobby. The gym and water complex of the hotel including swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, traditional bath, spa and massage are not active. The children's playground and the hotel's childcare department are not active. Reception hall, cinema hall, conference hall, conference room and meeting rooms of the hotel are not active. The parking capacity of the hotel is one hundred cars. The couple's acceptance is done with a marriage contract with a prominent seal. Some rooms are equipped with a bathtub. A free shuttle ticket will be given to a passenger for each room reservation at the Excelsior Kish Hotel. Registering a reservation for a foreign guest is associated with an increase in the rate. In case of registering a reservation without coordination for a foreign guest, the amount of the difference will be received, otherwise the entire amount of the reservation will be deducted as a penalty. This hotel is not allowed to accept guests of Iraqi nationality

• Fees and check-in time
