Hotel rules
Registering a reservation for a foreign guest is associated with an increase in the rate. In case of registering a reservation without coordination for a foreign guest, the amount of the difference will be received, otherwise the entire amount of the reservation will be deducted as a penalty. If the call is not answered on the day of booking, for transfer information, the hotel will not be able to provide airport reception on the day of arrival.
