Documents required to verify the privacy of couples with a temporary contract: 1- The original birth certificate and smart national card of the couple (male and female) 2- The original valid contract with the prominent seal of the notary Carrying the original birth certificate and national smart card is mandatory for all people. According to the rules of the hotel, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or failure to comply with any of the mentioned rules, there is no possibility of admission and the paid fee will not be refunded. Fees and check-in time
The conditions of the child's stay and the possibility of using an extra bed in each room are determined based on the "sign" displayed. If you see the sign "Calculate child rate online", the cost of the child's stay is included in the final price of the reservation. However, if the sign "Child's fee in person" is displayed, the cost of the child's stay will be collected from the traveler according to the hotel's rules and at the time of admission.
Child rate
The stay of children under 2 years is free if they do not use the service. The stay of a child between the ages of 2 and 12 is calculated at half price if the service is not used. The cost of stay for a child over 12 years old is calculated.
Single female guests
In this hotel, single women over 18 years of age and non-native can be admitted by presenting valid identification documents including photo ID and national smart card. This hotel is exempted from accepting women only with a contract.
Special instructions and transfer
The hotel is prohibited from accepting foreign nationals with Iranian guests. The additional sleeping service is in the form of a sleeping floor. The complex does not have its own parking lot.
