Presentation of valid identification documents (birth certificate and national card) for all persons and confidentiality documents (birth certificate) for couples is required. Acceptance of valid marriage certificate of non-native Iranian couples with a prominent stamp and presentation of birth certificate and national card of the couple (male and female) is possible. The documents required to accept foreign guests include the original passport with visa and entry stamp to Iran with validity and expiration date. It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room will only be delivered to the person whose name the reservation is in. During the registration of the reservation, the details of all the guests must be entered correctly. The minimum age to get a room individually is 18 years old. All adults in a room must be confidential. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cottage/apartment/villa is subject to privacy. The complex does not accept pets. According to hotel rules, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or failure to comply with any of the mentioned rules, admission is not possible and the paid fee will not be refunded.
