The two-star Khayyam Hotel in District 12 of Tehran, which is considered one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tehran, was opened in 1355 and was renovated in 1396 to improve its quality. The hotel building has 3 floors and has 36 rooms with proper facilities. One of the advantages of this complex is its proximity to the Tehran Grand Bazaar and easy access to the most important museums of the city such as the Museum of Ancient Iran, the Post Museum, the Abgineh Museum, the Golestan Palace, as well as the subway lines and the city bus terminal in Imam Khomeini Square. Children under 6 years stay free. Children between the ages of 6 and 10 are charged half price. The cost of stay for a child over 10 years old is calculated. It should be noted that free and half-price accommodation is considered only for one child.
Single female guests
This complex is not allowed to accept single and single women (native or non-native).
Special instructions and transfer
Extra bed service is provided only to special rooms and in the form of a sofa bed. The hotel does not accept Arab and Afghan nationals.
